Rebecca
Sport and Exercise Psychologist in Training
BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science, MSc Sport and Exercise Psychology
I have a strong background in cycling, both as a former competitive athlete and as a qualified cycling coach. I competed from the age of 8 to 18 across track, road and cyclocross, giving me first-hand experience of the demands and challenges that come with competitive sport.
Alongside my own sporting experience, I’m a qualified cycling coach and regularly support my club with race organisation, where I’m often a first point of contact for athletes and parents. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of both the athlete and coaching environments, and the different pressures that can come with them.

How I Support
I take a person-centred approach, recognising that everyone’s experiences, goals and needs are different. I’ll take the time to understand what matters to you and tailor our work around your individual circumstances, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m also passionate about working with people across different sports and activities, and enjoy learning about the unique demands of each one. Together, we’ll find practical and realistic ways to support your goals, performance and overall wellbeing.
